Carlow Kilkenny have two councillors standing for re-election in the upcoming June elections, Cllr. Malcolm Noonan and Cllr. Alan Price.
The local Greens are delighted at the prospects of a further canditate. Mr. Duncan Russell will contest a seat in the Thomastown area.
